It's about a boy who lives in a neighbourhood and his mother hates their next door neighbourhood because she is a person to do with the environment and the next door people are people that develope buildings and stuff which meant destroying parts of the environment. Then their next door neighbour adopts a daughter and the boy suddenly sees her in his room. She says she's an angel and she can control things. When she goes to school, she says she's a transfer student from Africa. Her parents don't know anything about Kuba, the new girl, being a angel.
