The book is a very interesting and well written. This book also has good illustrations and has a lot of suspence. This book is about a family of four moving to a old house and experiencing very wierd and scary events.This family consist of 3 Children, Jared Grace, Simon Grace and Malory Grace. They were taken care of by their mother, only their mother.
In the book the three children find a very old book. The book was about monsters that live in the world around them.

i watched the spiderwick movie, it;s pretty good and interesting but is that book another series of spiderwick?
